What To Expect For The Upcoming Apple WWDC 2020 Event

Apple’s WWDC event 2020 is set to begin on June 22. It will be an online event due to the COVID-19 situation. The keynote will stream from Apple Park, and you can watch it on Apple's official website(www.apple.com), Apple Developer app, Apple Tv app, or YouTube.

In this event, Apple will showcase its updated software like the new version of the iOS 14,iPadOS 14,watchOS 7,macOS 10.16, and tvOS 14. They may also introduce some hardware like the new iMac, Mac Mini,airTags and iPad Air 4.Apple could announce their plans of shifting from intel processors to ARM processors in Mac's.ARM processors are Apple's own designed chips.

Devices That May Be Introduced In This Event

It is rumored that Apple may unveil a new iMac in this event, it will be a complete redesign from its present models.
It will have a bezel-less design and may share the iPad Pro design language. Basically, it will almost have the same design as the Pro XDR Display.

The iMac will include a T2 chip for security and controller functions, plus it will use an AMD Navi GPU and all-flash storage with Apple eliminating the Fusion Drive.

iPad Air

iPad Air 4 may get introduced in this event, which will come with the iPad Pro 2018 design language. If the iPad Air simply inherits the smaller iPad Pro design, that display size would be 11-inches. Which is exactly what some of the rumors say.

Inheriting the iPad Pro design also means that it may come with a USB-C port and Face ID.

It also means that if iPad Air inherited the design of the iPad Pro then the new magic keyboard will also work with the new iPad Air. And can also get the support for the 2nd Gen Apple pencil.

AirTags And Mac Mini

Apple is working on a Tile-like Bluetooth tracking device that's designed to be attached to items like keys and wallets for tracking purposes, letting you find them right in the Find My app.It may or may not get released in this June event or get released in the September event.

Mac Mini can also get a minor upgrade in this event.
